Refund policy

We really hope you love your POM London purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

 

ONLINE PURCHASES

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving your items for a refund or exchange.

Items must be returned unused, in a resaleable condition, with original packaging and tags attached.

To start a return, please email info@pomlondon.co.uk with your order number to receive a returns label.

  • A flat rate of £5 will be deducted from refunds for UK returns
  • Returns for exchange are free of charge

Alternatively, you may return your order at your own cost using a tracked delivery service to:

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Once received, please allow up to 5 working days for your return to be processed.

 


IN-STORE PURCHASES

Items purchased in-store may be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or credit note only.

We do not offer refunds for in-store purchases unless items are faulty.

 


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Earrings (unless faulty)
  • Underwear and swimwear (unless faulty)

 


FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty goods, please contact us at info@pomlondon.co.uk as soon as possible.

You are entitled to a full refund or replacement, and no return fees will apply.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
