POM Packs x Paris 🇫🇷
Katie and Tracey hopped across the pond for a whirlwind night in Paris to explore the trade shows and gather inspiration for Spring/Summer ’26. It feels far away, but with brands needing to design and manufacture collections a year in advance, the work always runs ahead of time. Most of our selections for upcoming seasons are made in London, but it’s always inspiring to look a little further afield and soak up the buzz and excitement of what’s to come.
First stop, straight off the Eurostar, was Maison & Objet — a HUGE trade show featuring everything from homeware and gifts to fashion and beyond. You could easily spend days wandering the halls of Paris Nord Villepinte, packed with incredible brands and designs from across the globe. We focused our time on gifts and accessories before heading across Paris to our charming little hotel in the heart of St. Germain, Hotel Des Grands Voyageurs. After a quick change, we treated ourselves to a delicious supper at La Coupole.
Monday morning took us to Who’s Next, the fashion trade show, where we discovered a wonderful jewellery brand (coming soon!). We wrapped up our trip with a long lunch at LouLou, overlooking the Louvre, where we tucked into spaghetti alla vodka. A mad dash through Le Bon Marché gave us an hour of shopping bliss — and of course, we couldn’t resist something from the new Maria de la Orden concession — before the inevitable panic about making it back to the Eurostar in time.
Paris, until next time — you were, as always, truly magical.
